Please
make your enquires by phone or email with the details about your trip stated.
AConfirmation Notice
Once
the reservation have been securedAa confirmation notice will be sent to you by FAX or email.
Please check if all information written on the confirmation is CORRECT.
(These including: Departure date, return date, destination, traveler's name,
etc.)
A written notice will be necessary in order to keep your
bookings,
therefore please reply us by fax or email within three (3) days after we have sent out the confirmation notice.
BApplication
Fee
Please make the payment by the due date stated in the confirmation.
For application received in less than twenty (20) days prior departure,
FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE UPON APPLICATION.
Application will not be accepted if full payment are not completed.
(Seven (7) days prior arrival for HOTEL ONLY reservation)
CBalancing
your account
Please
pay your balance by the due date stated in the confirmation.
Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the bookings.(Cancellation Fees apply)
DReceiving
your tickets
After
payment confirmed by us, the applicant will receive the itinerary, tickets and
vouchers five days before departure unless otherwise requested.
Please
double check your itinerary again and contact us if anything is incorrect.
Payment
Methods
Bank Transfer
Please
bank transfer the payment to one of the bank below.

Customer
will be responsible for all the transaction fees

Payments
are necessary to be made by the date stated in the confirmation or invoice.
When
no payment is received by the due date, reservation will be cancelled.(Cancellation Fees apply)
Booking
contract will become effective upon receipt of payment.
